The Moorings was the venue for the Rotaract Annual Quiz. It was well attended by several Rotary Clubs (at least 7) which was great to see. Some rounds were easier than others but often the easier ones were the ones that in most quizzes I have attended over the years are the hardest. Consequently, our team, made up of me, Paul and David and Sue Butler, did not play our joker on the correct round - in fact we ended up playing it on our worst scoring round!

I managed to win a raffle prize so will look forward to finding an evening to go back to the Moorings for a free meal with Paul (the only challenge is to find a free evening).

The quiz was well organised and was a really good humoured event. At least we did not come last (came next to last, but not last). The Rotaract Club was able to raise over £300 for 2 of its charities which made it a very worthwhile event and the fun had by everyone there made it an even better evening.
